Coaching means more to us than just writing training plans. We approach each athlete individually, take into account their level of performance, goals and timelines, listen to them, build up their individual competences and hidden talents, communicate realistic goals and react quickly to changes in the plan.

On a weekly basis, we set up your training schedule on the portal “TrainingPeaks” – with daily updates.
Virtual Training
You can complete and synchronize your training sessions easily and directly via Zwift, Trainerroad and Co.
Communication
We are always reachable for you via Skype, WhatsApp, etc. without limitation.
Athletic- & Mobilitytraining
Athletic and mobility training as part of our holistic approach to avoid injury at high volumes or intensities.
No Minimum Terms
Easily cancel at the end of each month. Time limits, family growth – we do not put any obstacles in your way.
